2 lots Labor and Materials for Mechanical Works
2 lots Labor and Materials for Electrical Works
2 lots Steel Works
To install split type air conditioning units at the 3rd Floor PDIC Leased Floor, Ayala Wing, SSS Makati Building, Makati City.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit; and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy), as applicable.

Terms and conditions

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery
: 3 days after receipt of Purchase Order
